As the artist, I warrant that my artwork will be my original work, drawn by me with my own hand and performed to the best of my ability!
If you are concerned about AI, I can provide the following proof of my art being drawn by me; recording myself drawing, screen recording, pictures or video of the source files (.psd or .clip) of the illustration.
I warrant that any sensitive information shared with me (your name, email etc.) will be kept private and never shared to the public. When displaying the commission in my portfolio I will use your VGen or social media username as needed.
You will receive a digital file, not printed art. The file will be delivered through Google Drive or other preferred means.
The average file size for a commission will be 3000px to 5000px at 300dpi. Size may change depending on the type of commission ordered or its composition. You are free to request a particular size or format. An additional fee may apply if you request a significantly bigger canvas size.
I reserve my right to decline a commission if I deem that I cannot complete it. Feel free to ask me questions before ordering if you have any doubts or concerns.
A small signature will always remain on the artwork except for commercial illustrations where this rule may or may not apply depending on the type of commission (i.e assets for games, livestreams).
I don’t accept written references for character art unless you are purchasing a commission for character design. The character reference doesn't need to be professionally drawn. Sketches are fine, too! You can also provide images from a character creator like Picrew, or screenshots from a video game character creator.
Reference pictures for specific poses, pets, props and concepts are not required, but they are appreciated. If your character has a custom design for a pet or prop then I may request a reference picture.
If the provided reference of your character includes a colour palette, please keep in mind that colours may be slightly different in the final product due to lighting, shading and other factors. (i.e. a night scene will require darker colours)
Please don't ask me to draw in a style that is very different from mine. I can make some adjustments for your preference, but if the desired style is too different the results may not be to your satisfaction.
My art is constantly evolving so there might be some small differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
If the buyer is rude or offends me or my work, I reserve the right to cancel the order and keep a part of the payment for my time worked.

── ⋆⋅ PAYMENTS & REFUNDS ⋅⋆ ──

For smaller commissions (under 60€) I will request full payment before I start working on it, but for bigger orders other methods may be discussed (i.e. 50% pay at the start and 50% at the end).
I will refund 100% of the payment if I'm unable to finish the commission.
You can request a refund of 100% of the payment if I have not started working on the commission. Once I have started work I will only refund a portion of the payment. The amount depends on how much work I have completed until that point. If the work is past the midway point I will not offer any refunds.
If you have concerns about payments and my prices, feel free to contact me and ask questions.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your name and details about the case will be publicly posted as a warning to other artists.

── ⋆⋅ REVISIONS ⋅⋆ ──

After I send you the sketch, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.
During the sketching stage, I will accept a maximum of 2 major changes (i.e. outfit change, pose change, background, or anything that makes me redraw large parts of the picture). After the 2nd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge you an extra fee per change.
Small changes don't require a fee.
Changes needed due to errors made by me, the artist, will not require any fees.
Once the illustration is finished, I can do small changes for free such as colour adjustments and/or adding small details I may have forgotten. Any bigger changes may come with an extra fee due to the time and effort needed to make them.
Please try to provide clear feedback so I can produce an illustration to your satisfaction without requiring multiple changes. If you are not sure what exactly you want for the illustration, we can discuss and brainstorm together.

── ⋆⋅ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ⋅⋆ ──

I will begin working on your commission after I receive payment.
The average waiting time is 2 weeks from the moment I start working on your order. Simpler commissions will require less time while complex commissions will require more time.
If unexpected events occur that cause me to take longer with the commission, you will be notified. Factors include: health, family, emergencies etc.
You are free to ask for status updates, but please don't rush me or harass me to finish faster. I will provide regular updates on my own.
If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (i.e. birthday present for someone) you must inform me beforehand. Extra fees may be charged if it's a rush order.

── ⋆⋅ USAGE POLICY ⋅⋆ ──

As the artist, I hold the copyright of the produced artwork, but not to the characters depicted (if they belong to you or someone else).
If you purchase a regular commission, I may use the illustration to promote my work and display it everywhere to my liking (social media, portfolio, etc.)
If you wish to keep the artwork temporarily private, please let me know beforehand. (i.e. you want to surprise someone on their birthday),
If you wish to keep the artwork permanently private, I'll charge you an extra 30% fee of the total price. If one day you wish to make that commission public you just have to contact me. There will be no refunds for the privacy fee.
As the buyer, you are allowed to post and share the artwork on any platform. Credit would be appreciated but is otherwise not required.
You are allowed to use the artwork as your profile picture, profile banner, as your background picture on your devices such as phone, tablet etc.
You are allowed to print the artwork for personal use such as decorating your room.
You are allowed to make minor edits to the artwork such us cropping it to make a banner or a profile picture.
You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own.
You are not allowed to change or remove my signature.
You are not allowed to change, modify or use my work for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial order.
You are not allowed to use the artwork for profit unless you purchase a monetized or commercial license.
You are not allowed to use the artwork to train generative AI.
